Tracy works closely with patients and family members to help ease any worries or concerns about treatment costs and insurance processing. For patients who are under-insured or have no oncology-related coverage, Tracy can help identify assistance programs or connect patients with other community resources to help reduce their out-of pocket responsibility.

Tracy has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance and has worked exclusively in hematology and oncology since 2015. Tracy understands the financial distress some patients feel when they are receiving treatment and is looking forward to alleviating that burden as much as possible. “I want our patients to feel comfortable knowing that I am here to help them with their financial needs.
